| 7:25 pm | Act on Bylaws Changes | Derrick Genova, BDAC Chair, will present the changes to the Bylaws. Without objection, the Proposed Changes to the Bylaws (linked here) will be taken up as a whole. If there is objection, we respectfully request members notify us via email ahead of time. |
| 7:35 pm | Act on Policy Adoptions | Per the 2023 Bylaws Changes, the WEA will develop policies of conduct for members and leadership. These need to be affirmed at an annual meeting within two years of their inception. Without objection, the WEA Policies (link here) will be taken as a whole. If there is objection, we respectfully request members notify us via email ahead of time. |
