2023-2026 Contract Update
All staff eligible for PFML and/or FMLA will be entitled to the full benefits under the respective law, and will be able to use their accumulated sick days to access compensation. Additionally, a Parental Leave Bank will be funded through sick days to provide all members up to 5 days of paid leave per child. If members of the WEA do not have sick days available to them, they may appeal for a WEA Paycheck Protection Program Loan.
