2023-2026 Contract Update
Unit C staff annual starting salaries will be just shy of $30,000 for the duration of the Contract, representing at least a 21% increase. We were unable to successfully win annualized pay for hourly employees during this contract cycle, so the WEA will be implementing a paycheck protection program to help supplement members’ paychecks during difficult times.
